Nine people have been killed after a fierce fire broke out at a waste processing facility in southern China’s Qingyuan city in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A Xinhua news agency report says the fire has been doused and one survivor has been taken to hospital.
Police have detained at least one person in connection with the fire and the investigation is on-going.
