Bicycling: An ideal way to stay fit

IN a thickly populated city with very little open space for physical workouts, cycling can be one of the best forms of physical exercises. It is also cheap, affordable and environment-friendly. Cycling is also quite popular in many western countries. Personally I use a bicycle every day to go to my office. It saves time, money and also helps me stay fit and healthy. Cycling is also becoming a popular habit which was not the same a few years ago when only low income people were riding bicycles for communication on different business. The scene has completely changed and now we see people from all walks of life taking up cycling for physical exercise. If we incorporate cycling in our daily life, it will not only save us from the hassles of traffic jam but will also make life easier for us apart from enabling us to stay fit and healthy. As most of the main roads are off limit for rickshaws, cycle can be an easy and affordable option.
