Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) inaugurated its 125th branch at Arani Bazar under Bagha upazila in Rajshahi recently.
Director of the bank Alhaj Mohiuddin Ahmed inaugurated the branch as chief guest at a ceremony, with additional managing director of the bank Abdul Aziz in the chair, on Thursday.
On the same day, an ATM booth was also inaugurated on the branch premises, according to a press release received today.
In the opening ceremony, mayor of Arani Municipality Md Muktar Ali and managing director of Barind Medical College & Hospital Md Shamsuddin were present as special guests.
Mayor of Bagha Municipality Abdur Razzak was also present in the opening ceremony.
