Emirates to operate 90pc of its pre-pandemic network by end of July

Emirates aims to fly to 90 per cent of its pre-pandemic network by the end of July, operating 880 weekly services across 124 cities, as countries reopen borders and ease entry restrictions for travellers.

The airline will resume services to a number of cities in July including Venice, Phuket, Nice, Orlando, Mexico City, Lyon, and Malta, according to a statement from Emirates on Thursday. It will also launch flights to Florida's second-biggest city, Miami, starting on July 22.

The airline will resume services to seven cities, including Venice, Phuket, Nice, Orlando, Mexico City, Lyon, and, Malta, in July, says a media release.

The Dubai state carrier will also launch flights to Florida’s second-largest city and one of the world’s most popular holiday spots, Miami, starting 22 July.

The airline will be adding frequencies to 12 cities across Europe, Africa, and North America as more destinations re-open for international visitors, and it offers quarantine-free travel, said the release.

Emirates will also boost its A380 network this summer, bringing its flagship experience to 15 cities on 129 weekly services.
