Daraz hosting the world's biggest sale 11.11

Daraz Bangladesh, a concern of China-based Alibaba Group, is holding what is called the world’s biggest online sale 11.11 (Eleven Eleven) on Wednesday.

Daraz (daraz.com.bd), which is Bangladesh's largest online marketplace, is hosting the campaign for the third time in a row, says a press release.

It adds, the online festival is being celebrated across the world, including in four South Asian countries -- Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar and Pakistan -- where Daraz operates.

Daraz is offering special vouchers, discount and cashback, best deals, flash sales and many other attractive offers, according to the release.

One of the best all-rounders of the world Shakib Al Hasan inaugurated the campaign at a live show from Daraz’s official Facebook page at 11:30pm on Tuesday.

At that programme, customers won realme 6i, realme C15 handsets, Sharp air conditioner etc through ‘Spin the Wheel’ game, Daraz said.

One Mr Zahidul Islam won the ‘skill-based’ '1 Taka game' and bagged a Toyota Aqua car as the prize when his name was announced as the winner.

Among all the best deals of Daraz 11.11 sale are: Realme 6 (8GB RAM / 128GB ROM) only at Tk 20,290,  Sony Full HD (40 ") Internet TV only at Tk 32,344, HP Core i7 Laptop (15.6”) only at Tk 67,440, Havells Instanio 1-liter water heater for only at Tk 5,650, and  Fossil Leather Men’s Watch only at Tk 9,800.

Daraz is also offering discounts and cashback through payment partners on which additional up to 15 per cent discount can be availed. Payment partners include BRAC Bank, City Bank, Eastern Bank Limited, Mercantile Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and bKash.

It is offering I Love Voucher, Happy Hour Voucher, Double Taka Voucher, Brand Double Taka Voucher and Shake Shake Voucher.

‘11 Taka mystery box’ is expected to begin at 5:00pm, where customers can avail products from different categories including electronics, fashion, health and beauty.
