CVC Finance signs MoU with Cateina Technologies to enhance digital reach

CVC Finance Limited recently signed an MoU with Cateina Technologies Private Limited. Under the agreement, Cateina will act as a technical partner for CVC Finance in order to facilitate their move towards digitalisation which would add to the competitive advantage of the organisation, says a press release received on Thursday.

CVC Finance is a financial institution licenced by Bangladesh Bank with a diverse product portfolio that includes traditional lending and deposit products. It has been resilient in this pandemic to deliver the best value to its customer. Along with the traditional products, it is also focused on creating alternate delivery channels leveraging technology, according to the release.

Mumbai-based Cateina Technologies provides solutions on the implementation of Blockchain, Enterprise Application Integration, and API management. The leadership at Cateina brings vast experience in the requisite areas and professionalism to the service.

Managing Director of CVC Finance Limited Mr Syed Minhaj Ahmed and Chief Solutions Officer of Cateina Technologies Private Limited Mr Rajish Rajan signed the MoU on March 23 on behalf of their respective organisations.

From CVC Finance, Deputy Managing Director Mr Shah Wareef Hossain, Head of IT Mr Anwar Hossain Chowdhury, Head of Operations of Mr Faisal Amin were present during the signing ceremony, while MD and CEO of Cateina Technologies Mr Sanachit Mehra also joined the event.
