Bproperty, a real estate marketplace, is participating at the annual fair of Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) with free financial and legal support for everyone.
Bproperty.com, owned by the Emerging Markets Property Group (EMPG) headquartered in the UAE, aims to provide confidence to Bangladesh to engage in real estate, says a media release.
The real estate advisor not only buy or sell properties but also provide real time legal, financial and other solutions related to the decision-making process of buying or selling a property, it said.
Anyone can come with a copy of their document to discuss property related matters with the Bproperty during the fair. The real estate advisor will answer those specific questions in regards to the property.
Moreover, interested buyers will always get the opportunity to visit their desired property physically with the help of bproperty.com advisers and can even secure and purchase the property at the fair.
“Financial and legal problems are one of the biggest problems when one wants to buy or sell apartments,” said Mark Nosworthy, CEO of the Bproperty.
“We want to provide such kind of support by which the buyer and seller may get proper solution. Our services are not only for our customers but also for other people too,” he said.
Moreover, readymade and available now properties will also be presented at the fair, available exclusively only through Bproperty for the first time in Bangladesh, said the release.
The properties have all passed through Bproperty’s strict legal verification process, ensuring that all documentation is available and can be accessed at the fair.
Furthermore, with internal videos and images as well as floor plans, consumers will be able to look at the property easily and have access to the Bproperty.
The company has surveyed and validated over 119,000 buildings in Dhaka as well as other cities in Bangladesh, and currently has nearly 25,000 properties available for sale and rent on their portal.
