BIBM seminar on customers loyalty to banks on May 31

Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management will hold a seminar on “Sustainability in Service Quality and Customers Conformity: Drivers of Customers Loyalty to Banks” at BIBM Auditorium on May 31.

Mr. Abu Hena Mohd. Razee Hassan, Chairman, BIBM Executive Committee and Deputy Governor, Bangladesh Bank will be the Chief Guest while Dr. Toufic Ahmad Choudhury, Director General of BIBM will preside over.

Dr. Prashanta Kumar Banerjee, Professor and Director (RD&C), BIBM will offer welcome speech.

Mr. Khondkar Ibrahim Khaled, former deputy governor, Bangladesh Bank and former A.K. Gangopadhaya Chair Professor, BIBM · Mr. Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, Managing Director, Bangladesh Krishi Bank · Mr. Faruq Mainuddin Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO, Trust Bank Limited  and Dr. Md.
