The 29th annual general meeting (AGM) of Apex Footwear Limited was held on Tuesday at Gulshan's Lakeshore Hotel in the capital.
Mr Syed Manzur Elahi, chairperson of the company, presided over the meeting, says a press statement received on Wednesday.
Among others, Mr Syed Nasim Manzur, managing director, members of the Board of Directors, and senior officials of the company were also present in the AGM.
The board approved 55 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2019 for the shareholders.
