The 32nd Annual General Meeting of Rupali Bank Limited was held at Diploma Engineering Institution, Dhaka on Tuesday.
The AGM approved 24 per cent stock dividend for the shareholders.
The AGM was presided over by Monzur Hossain, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rupali Bank Limited.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Md. Ataur Rahman Prodhan, Additional Secretary Quamrun Nahar Ahmed and Bank's Director A K M Delwer Hussain spoke.
Bank’s Director Arijit Chowdhury, Dina Ahsan, Mahiuddin Faruqui, Abu Sufian, Md. Rizwanul Huda, Prof. Dr. Sushil Ranjan Howlader, Md. Abdul Baset Khan, shareholders and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
