The Board of Directors of Dhaka Bank PLC has recommended a 10 per cent cash dividend for the year that ended on December 31, 2023.
The final approval of the dividend will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on June 25 at 11:00 am on the digital platform, said an official disclosure on Monday.
The record date for entitlement of the dividend is on May 19.
The bank has reported consolidated EPS of Tk 1.66 and consolidated NAV per share of Tk 22.26 for the year ending on December 31, 2023.
The consolidated net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) stood at Tk 27.81 for the year ending on December 31, 2023 as against Tk 1.66, Tk 21.37 and negative Tk 11.43 for the same period of the three previous years respectively.
