Regent Airways offers special package on Thailand tour

Regent Airways, in association with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), has launched a special roundtrip package for the Bangladeshi tourists travelling to Thailand.

With an aim to make Thailand trip easier, economic and delightful one for the Bangladeshi tourists, Regent Airways joined hands with the Thai state run organisation TAT, said a media release.

The special offer- priced Tk 18000 for flights from Dhaka and Tk 23,796 for flights from Chattogram- includes one-night hotel stay in Bangkok free of cost.  

The offer will be valid from May 14 to July 31, said the release.

Speaking on the occasion, Director of TAT Isra Stapanaseth said as part of the ‘Amazing Thailand’ programme, “We have planned to provide more facilities to Bangladeshi tourists and as part of this initiative; we have made partnership with Regent Airways”.  

A total of 1,25,130  Bangladeshi tourists visited Thailand last year which was 21% more than the previous year and this is the reason why Tourism Authority of Thailand has special care for the Bangladeshi tourists, he added.

Chief Guest Salman Habib, Deputy Managing Director of Regent Airways said the airline is increasing its service to the tourists day by day as per the increasing demands.

Chief commercial officer of Regent Airways Hanif Zakaria, Director (Sales and Marketing) Sohail Majid and Marketing Officer of TAT Vaishali Sharma were also present, among other guests, at the ceremony held at a local hotel in Chattogram on Thursday.
