Rangs Properties Limited has launched a new campaign called ‘Poytrishe Pochashi’ in the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) fair.
According to the campaign, the real estate company is offering easy home loan solutions where one has a chance to pay BDT 35,000 per month and get the apartment key in thirty six months.
The project is located at Bashundhara link road, adjacent to Apollo hospital, in the Bashundhara area of the capital, says a media release.
The rehab association has organised the five-day fair at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar area in the city.
Rangs Properties has participated at the fair as a co-sponsor residing in stall no. 24, says the release.
The apartment is designed by Inspace Architects Limited, which is known to be one of the most eminent architecture firms within the country, it said.
The overall area of the property will comprise 18.34 katha land offering 80 apartment units ranging between 1318 to 1325 sft.
The project also bears the luxurious signature amenities of Rangs Properties like the life size swimming pool, a club lounge and also a gymnasium to suit and address to the ease of the residents.
In the fair the company is also highlighting high end commercial and residential projects to cater to different customer segments respectively.
Different financing options are also on the lot by the company, said the press release.
