Anwaruddin Chowdhury, Council Member & Past President-ICAB and Director, CAPA Board is now in Nepal to attend International Public Sector Conference and CAPA events that began in Kathmundu on Friday.
Jointly organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) and Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability Secretariat (PEFAS) in association with Confederation of Asian Pacific Association (CAPA), Mr. Chowdhury will present a keynote paper in the Conference on "Public Sector Financial Management –Enhanced Accountability and Transparency" during CAPA events.
He represented the President of ICAB in 52nd SAFA Board Meeting on the same venue Friday. He will also chair the CAPA Public Sector Management Committee(PSFM) meeting.
This conference is being attended by the participants from CAPA Member Bodies, representatives of Government and Business organizations, ICAN Members and Development Partners where internationally renowned personalities will deliver their papers, said a statement.
