Chattogram Zone of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd arranged an Iftar Mahfil and discussion on the values and significances of Ramadan at Navy Convention Center in the Tigerapass Ambagan area of the port city recently.
Chairman of KDS Group and President of Chattogram Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce & Industry Alhajj Khalilur Rahman was present in the ceremony as Chief Guest.
Managing Director and CEO Farman R Chowdhury presided over the ceremony. Sufi Mizanur Rahman, Chairman of PHP Group, Alhajj Abdus Salam, Vice Chairman of the Bank, Alhajj Ahamedul Haque and Alhajj Salim Rahman, Directors of the Bank attended.
Dr. S M Borhanuddin, Department of Arabic and Culture and Md. Abul Hossain Al-Azharhi, Department of Islamic Studies of Chattogram University discussed about the values of Ramadan.
Chattogram Zonal Head Senior Vice President Mohammad Azam delivered welcome speech. The managers of different branches of Chattogram Zone were present.
