Two local battery manufacturers will participate in a three-day trade fair titled 'Automechanika Dubai 2019' scheduled to begin on June 10.
Rahimafrooz Globatt and Panna Battery will attend the show, according to a statement issued by Messe Frankfurt.
Automechanika Dubai is Middle East's leading international trade fair for the automotive service industry targeting trade visitors from Western Asia, Eastern Europe, the CIS and Africa. The June edition will be its 17th edition.
"Bangladesh battery companies have been exporting to the Middle East for a number of years with high quality products. This is one industry of Bangladesh where the unit price is high and is a good source of foreign income for the country," the statement said.
Rahimafrooz Globatt is already a well-known company in Bangladesh and will be taking one of the biggest stalls from South Asia with 48 square metre while Panna Battery will be taking part for the first time.
Automechanika Dubai in partnership with REIFEN, the world renowned trade fair for the tyre industry will raise the profile of this segment among trade buyers, leading to greater opportunities for businesses to connect with their target audiences, it added.
