Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive detained a man along with 1,324 bottles of phensidyl from Tangan area under Charghat upazila in Rajshahi district on Thursday morning.

Being tipped-off, a team of the elite force raided the area around 7 am and arrested Tazibur Rahman (55) in possession of the contraband drugs, RAB sources said.

Later, the seized drugs were handed over to police.

A case was filed with Charghat police station in this connection, reports BSS.
