Pragati Life Insurance holds 20th AGM

The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pragati Life Insurance Limited held on Sunday.
The chairman of the company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting online.
The shareholders unanimously approved 20 per cent cash dividend for the year 2019.
Directors Syed M. Altaf Hussain, Abdul Awal Mintoo, Mohammed Abdul Hamid, Nigar Jahan Chowdhury, Muhammad Jamaluddin, Dr Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir, Ferdousi Reza and CEO of Pragati Life Insurance Md Jalalul Azim were present in the AGM.
A large number of shareholders also participated in the meeting. Company Secretary Jagadish Kumar Bhanja, FCS conducted the meeting.
