BGB detains Rohingya man with 1.8m Yaba pills in Cox’s Bazar

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel arrested a Rohingya man along with 1.8 million Yaba tablets from Damdamia area in Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar early Friday.

Lieutenant colonel Asaduzzaman, commanding officer of BGB-2, said during an overnight drive along the Naf River, a team of BGB arrested the Rohingya man and recovered the Yaba tablets worth Tk 546 million from his possession, reports UNB.

The name of the arrestee could not be known yet.
