The Technical Education Board has obtained 72.24 per cent pass rate in the SSC (Vocational) examination this year while the pass rate was 71.96 per cent last year, according to the results published here today.
A total of 1,26,383 students appeared in the examinations from the technical education board. Of them, 91,298 came out successful. A total of 4,751 students obtained the maximum grade point average (GPA)-5 under the Technical Education Board.
The pass rate of Dhaka Board is 79.62 per cent, while it is 91.64 per cent in Rajshahi Board, 87.16 per cent in Cumilla Board, 90.88 per cent in Jashore Board, 78.11 per cent in Chattogram Board, 77.41 per cent in Barishal, 70.83 per cent in Sylhet Board, 84.10 per cent in Dinajpur Board and 83.03 per cent in Madrasah Board, reports BSS.
