Senior Trainer of Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB) KM Shakhawat Moon has been appointed as a deputy press secretary to the Prime Minister.
The Public Administration Ministry on Thursday issued a notification in this regard.
Moon has been covering the premier’s news being attached to the Press Wing of the Prime Minister’s Office since 2009.
He worked for Bangladesh Television (BTV) on deputation as a controller or programme manager.
Moon studied Mass Communication and Journalism at Dhaka University and later received higher education at the Danish School of Journalism in Denmark, reports BSS.
