Regent Airways launches mobile app for customers

Regent Airways, one of the country's private sector airlines, has launched its Mobile App, enabling customers to use their mobile devices to book flights and have their tickets issued.

Regent Airways Mobile App can be downloaded from iTunes or Google Play Store.

Salman Habib, deputy managing director, Regent Airways, formally launched the Mobile App at a press conference held at a city hotel on Sunday.

Hanif Zakaria, chief commercial officer, Sohail Majid, director marketing and sales of the airline were, among others, present, reports UNB.

"As a customer-focused Airline, we're constantly working on offering user-friendly solutions to enhance overall experience of our customers and meet their ever-growing demands," said Salman Habib. "I'm confident that our valued customers will find this newly introduced Mobile App with multiple features very user-friendly and useful."

Using the App, the customers will be able to book their flights and have their tickets issued using their IOS or Android mobile devices.

The passengers will receive their tickets through their e-mails. Besides, they will be provided with updated flight schedule and various offers from the Airline.

Regent Airways started its journey on November 10, 2010.
