Mobile court: Supreme Court to hear government plea on Oct 10

The Appellate Division has fixed October 10 for hearing the government plea over a High Court order over the operations of the mobile court in the country.

A six-member bench, headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, who heads the Supreme Court, fixed the date in the morning, reports UNB.

Meanwhile, Attorney General Mahbubey Alam has said there is no bar to carry out the mobile court operations till October 10.
