Adani issue may come up in FS level meeting

Indian Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka on Tuesday to lead the Indian side during the upcoming foreign office consultations (FOC) with Bangladesh.
The FOC will be held on Wednesday and after that the Indian Foreign Secretary is scheduled to meet Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina
Talking about the meeting Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Momen said that the whole range of bilateral issues will come up during the meeting with his Indian counterpart.
He mentioned that the upcoming visit of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to Delhi in September will also be featured during the meeting.
The Bangladesh Prime Minister is expected to visit the Delhi in September to attend the G-20 summit on the special invitation from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Responding to a question, Mr Masud also said that the issue of power pictures from Adani group may also come up during the discussion if the energy and power ministry would request them.
The Indian Foreign Secretary is now on a two-day visit to Nepal.
