The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has finalised its report against a Rajshahi man who was allegedly involved in crimes committed during the Liberation War in 1971.

Abdul Hannan Khan, chief coordinator of ICT’s investigation agency, made the disclosure in a press briefing held at its Dhanmondi office in the capital on Tuesday morning, says a UNB report.

Abdus Sattar alias Tipu Sultan of Boalia upazila, a suspected member of Razakar Bahini, was arrested in a criminal case on May 9 last year and is now in jail.

A 420-page probe report against Sattar will be submitted to the tribunal’s prosecutor on Wednesday, Khan said.

The charges ranging from genocide to murder, torture and abduction during the Liberation War were finalised, he added.
