State Minister for Foreign Affairs M Shahriar Alam has said the government will continue to take effective steps to address pending issues, including resolving the Rohingya crisis.
"Everything is our priority," he told reporters at his office on Tuesday, also expressing hope that the Rohingya repatriation process based on the agreed list of the verified Rohingyas will begin soon.
The state minister also spoke about giving importance to economic diplomacy, among other important issues, during this government.
Earlier on Monday, Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen also said the same, reasoning that it will be required for the government to take the country to higher development trajectory.
