22 BD kids become champions in Mental Arithmetic Int’l Competition

Twenty-two Bangladeshi students have won Grand Champion title at the Aloha Mental Arithmetic International Competition-2018.

The competition was held at the World Trade Centre in Moscow, Russia on Sunday.

Bangladesh has attained a total of 109 titles this year. Of them 22 got Grand Champion titles, 18 received Champion titles, 24 became 1st Runner-Ups, 31 became 2nd Runner-Ups and 14 secured 3rd Runner-Ups respectively, reports UNB.

Every year, nearly 50,000 students from 35 countries including Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Philippines, Australia, United State of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Croatia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Russia etc participate in this International Arithmetic Competition.

Aloha Bangladesh, a concern of Unicom Group holds a national level competition every year and the winners get the chance to participate in International Mental Arithmetic Competition.
