Job Responsibilities:
- Research, identify new leads, and assist in cultivating potential new supporters in the nonprofit, public, bilateral, and multilateral sectors with a specific focus on local corporate partnerships.
- Manage a portfolio of diverse donors (identify, cultivate, acquire, and steward) and maintain a database of current, past, and prospects with a high degree of professionalism.
- Utilize existing local networks to maximize TFB’s impact on Bangladesh’s education system.
- Map out donor journey, tracking tools, and collateral for individuals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or foreign university is required.
- A postgraduate degree in a related field is preferred, but not essential.
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience is preferred for this role in the Bangladeshi context.
