Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, you’ll ensure our customers get the products they want, when they want them. You’ll:
- Oversee the daily warehouse operations.
- Coordinate the end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound management to stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis, maintaining FIFO.
- Responsible for steering the warehouse operations to the agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Manage Workplace Health and Safety procedures to ensure SQRC compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety and health risk assessment.
- Ensure QMS as per Reckitt policy at DC.
- Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately
- Effectively ensure that the implementation of policies, procedures and work standards are met.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputed University, preferably in engineering/ supply chain.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of full-time working experience in supply chain/ distribution/ operations/ warehousing/ logistics.
- Good IT knowledge, in hand experience on JDE/SAP, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Stakeholder Management, Team management.
