Name of the Position: Executive/Senior Executive, Food Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads and approach restaurants actively to get them on board as partners.
- Handle inquiries from existing and new clients.
- Observe the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvement measures.
- Develop and implement strategies that can contribute to the success of campaigns and also be willing to be active on the field to drive the success of the campaigns.
- Constantly coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns and creative strategies.
- Manage and monitor operational performance reporting, streamline several processes when required and advise senior management on strengthening profitable business relationships.
- Identify future market trends and translate them into business growth opportunities.
- Responsible for managing sales and developing operational plans leading to revenue generation through target achievement.
- Understand and integrate digital tools and platforms that can be leveraged for new revenue streams.
Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- At least 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or other relevant fields.
- Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline.
- The proactive mindset to learn about the client's business.
- Strong stakeholder management as well as interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Effective reporting skills.
- Do-Done attitude.
- Excellent analytical skills and possess an entrepreneurial attitude.
