Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment: prepare JD, recruitment planning and execution from job listing to contract negotiation.
HR policy: Maintain, update and enforce HR policies.
Employee performance: KPI, training and development.
Attendance and payroll.
Office facilities management.
Salary and payroll.
Fixed asset management.
Culture and organizational development activities.

Educational Requirements:

Minimum MBA / MSc in HRM from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:

At least 3 years relevant and 360-degree HR & office administration experience in IT/Software/Digital Services/Online/Media Agency/Technology. The current designation is either coordinator, assistant manager, manager.
Excellent planning and presentation skills.
Stakeholder management.
Negotiation skills.
Outgoing and personable.
