Role: Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall planning, promotion, and sales activities of the team.
- Meet the monthly sales target and identify new clients for expanding the company's sales and collection.
- Works effectively across departments including planning, sales, and marketing teams, admin, and councilors to drive the activities that deliver results and ensure marketing plans support.
- Manage field marketing activities through field visits and observation and be able to work a long time in outdoor marketing.

Job Requirements:
- Graduation/Masters in any subject from any recognized university (Preferably from a business/marketing background).
- Candidates with experience in Marketing & Sales Functions; experience in the relevant Paint industry will get preference.
