Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (AOD, leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
- Create a monthly salary sheet.
- Preparing HR Documents and updating HR databases.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM.
- Minimum Graduation/Post Graduation from any Reputed University, Major in HRM/Management.
