Name of the position: Student Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Call students and help them enroll in our courses.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify students’ academic needs, and advise them accordingly.
• Upsell products when they arise.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support and/or telemarketing.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka

Salary: 

• 13,000 BDT
• KPI Bonus: 2,000 BDT 
• Sales Incentive
