Employer arrested for raping domestic help in Narayanganj

Police have arrested a man in Narayanganj city for repeatedly 'raping' his teenage domestic help whereby she has become five months pregnant.
The arrestee is SM Salauddin, 68, son of late Sheikh Fazar Ali of Allama Iqbal Road under Fatulla Model Police Station.
Sub-inspector Fazlul Haque of the police station said the girl, aged around 13, had been working at Salauddin's house for the last three years.
Salauddin first raped her seven months ago and later violated her on several occasions, reports UNB.
On information by locals, police went to the flat, rescued the victim, who hails from Kurigram, and arrested the employer, said Inspector (Investigation) of the police station Hasanuzzaman.
