Two more bodies were recovered from Seagull Point of Cox's Bazar sea beach on Friday.

Lifeguards found the first body floating by the beach at around 1:00 pm and the second one two hours later, reports UNB.

The identities of the deceased could not be confirmed as of filing this report Friday night.

Mahbub Alam, a beach supervisor, confirmed the information to the news agency.

However, he could not confirm whether the deceased was a local or a tourist.

Earlier on Sep 8, Taufique Mokbul (22), a resident of Dhaka's Adabor area and a student of BRAC University drowned around the same Seagull Point, that corresponds to the location of the eponymous hotel on the beachfront.
