A man was killed as a truck crushed him at Nabinagar in Savar on Saturday morning.
The victim was identified as Amulloh Sarker, an employee of Dhaka Palli Bidyut Samity-1.
Police said the accident took place on the Nabinagar-Chandra highway when the truck hit Amulloh while he was crossing the road. He died on the spot, BSS reported.
A case was filed in this connection.
