The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court (SC) today (Saturday) ‘heard-in-part’ virtually a civil appeal filed regarding the mobile phone operator Grameenphone.
The six-member Appellate Division full bench headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain held the hearing and adjourned the matter till Monday.
Meanwhile, the apex court in a notification today said Justice Md Nuruzzaman has been nominated already to hold hearing virtually as Chamber Judge at the Appellate Division.
Signed by Appellate Division Registrar Md Badrul Alam Bhuiyan, the notification said the Appellate Division Chamber Judge will hold hearing on 12, 18 and 25 August, reports BSS.
