A rickshaw puller was killed as a bus hit his rickshaw in Gulistan area of Dhaka on Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Jakir Hossain, 60, a resident of Nawabganj Upazila of Dhaka, reports UNB.
Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) police out-post in-charge Bachchu Mia said Jakir was critically injured as a bus hit his rickshaw around 8:00 am.
He was declared dead at the hospital around 11 am, he said.
The body was sent to morgue for autopsy, he added.
