Two autorickshaw passengers have died when a landslide, triggered by heavy rains, swallowed the moving vehicle in Rangamati’s Kaptai Upazila.
The incident occurred in the upazila’s Karigar Para under Rakhali Union around 11am on Saturday, said Kaptai Police Inspector Nurul Alam, bdnews24.com reported.
The dead were identified as Atal Barua, 50, and Sujoy Mong Marma, 40.
