Police in an overnight drive arrested 33 people from different areas in five upazilas of Chapainawabganj on various charges.
Mintu Rahman, sub-inspector of district police control room, said as part of an anti-narcotics drive, police conducted drives from Sunday night to Monday morning and arrested 19 warranted accused and 14 people accused in several cases.
Police also recovered 53 Yaba tablets and 204 bottles of Phensedyl, according to a UNB report.
