Paturia-Daulatdia ferry services resume after three and a half hours

Ferry services on Paturia-Daulatdia route in the Padma River resumed after three and a half hours of disruption caused by dense fog on Saturday morning.

"The ferry services were disrupted from 4:30am due to poor visibility caused by thick fog," said Mohiuddin Russel, assistant manager of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) at Aricha, reports UNB.

Later, the ferry services resumed at around 8:00am as the fog disappeared.
