A shopkeeper has been killed after a truck ran over him on Manikganj-Singair road at Bymile Bus Stand in Singair upazila on Wednesday.
Hashmat Ali Mallik, 37, a grocery shop owner was killed when a stone-laden truck hit him while crossing the road around 5:30 am, police said.
Police rushed to the spot being informed and seized the truck, UNB reported quoting police.
But the law enforcers could not arrest anyone.
