The High Court Monday banned removal garbage in open-back trucks in Dhaka and set the time for removing waste.
Justice Quazi Reza-Ul-Hoque and Justice Mohammad Ullah gave the order after a preliminary hearing on a writ petition, as per a report on bdnews24.com.
Dhaka's two city corporations have been instructed to remove garbage only in covered vans and between 10pm and 6am.
