Police, during separate drives arrested 42 persons including 32 wanted accused and two drug traders from different areas of the Habiganj district in Sylhet in last 12-hour ending at 9am Monday morning.
Several cases, including charges of subversive activities, are pending with different police stations against the arrestees who were picked up from different areas of the district, said Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Nazim Uddin.
The arrested were sent to jail, reports BSS.
