A fire broke out at a leather factory in Narayanganj’s Rupganj upazila on Wednesday noon.
Thirteen fire-fighting units rushed to the spot to douse the fire, according to fire service officials.
The fire has been brought under control now, Deputy Assistant Director of fire service at Narayanganj unit office Md. Abdullah Al Arifin confirmed the matter to the Financial Express.
However, no casualty has been reported.
The cause of the fire is yet to be known.
