Border Guard (BGB) members detained 19 Bangladesh nationals from Moidam border in Bhurungamari upazila on Friday for not having legal documents while returning to the country from India.
The detainees, hailing from Phulbari and Nageshwari upazila, worked in brickfields of New Delhi in India, reports UNB.
A team of BGB arrested them as they were crossing the border without valid documents, said Ashraf Ali, camp commander of BGB Pathordubi camp.
