Coronavirus: Noakhali clinic locked down

The local administration put a private clinic under lockdown in the district town on Monday night following the death of COVID-19 patient who was first taken to it.

District Civil Surgeon Md Mominur Rahman said they locked down ‘Prime Hospital’ for the next 14 days to avoid the further transmission of coronavirus, UNB reported.  

Morshed Alam, 44, with coronavirus symptoms, was first admitted to the clinic from where he was transferred to Dhaka.

He later died and tested positive for coronavirus.
