Police recovered the throat-slit body of an elderly man from his house at Majhgram village of Lalpur upazila in Natore on Monday morning.
The deceased was identified as Joyen Uddin, reports UNB.
Nazrul Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Lalpur Police Station, said neighbours saw blood on the body of Joyen's son Hazrat Ali. Later, they went to their house and found the throat-slit body of Joyen Uddin.
On information, police recovered the body and arrested Ali, said the OC.
