Chief Justice (CJ) Syed Mahmud Hossain has constituted 53 High Court (HC) benches for disposing of cases.
Of them, 35 HC benches will conduct cases virtually and 18 benches maintaining regular process.
Mohammad Aktaruzzaman Bhuiyan, deputy registrar (Administration and Judicial) of the High Court division of the Supreme Court, issued two separate notifications on Monday in this regard.
The regular High Court benches will sit in the courtroom at 10.30 am from Wednesday (August 12) to conduct the cases with physical appearance and the other benches will sit from the same time to conduct cases virtually, said the notifications.
